Welcome to Halooq, a mobile platform that allows users to post and explore classifieds, job listings, offers, bidding opportunities, news, and events. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Halooq mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Halooq App.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Halooq.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring all information provided is accurate.

• You agree not to use Halooq for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

2. User Content

• You are solely responsible for any content (ads, listings, bids, messages, etc.) you post on the App.

• All content must be legal, truthful, and must not violate any third-party rights.

• We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms or is reported as inappropriate.

3. Classifieds, Jobs, Offers & Events

• Halooq acts as a listing platform only and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of posted content.

• Any transactions, applications, or communications made through the app are between users, and Halooq holds no responsibility for their outcomes.

4. Bidding Feature

• Halooq provides a free bidding feature with specific rules (refer to Bidding Terms).

• No payment is collected via Halooq for bidding. Users must interact and transact directly.

• Misuse of the bidding system may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms, including:

  • Posting fraudulent or misleading content

  • Abusive or inappropriate communication

  • Repeated misuse of bidding or listings

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and designs on the Halooq App are the property of Halooq Technologies or its licensors.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute app content without permission.

7. Privacy

• Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Halooq is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

  • The use of the App

  • Transactions between users

  • Inaccurate or misleading content

• You use the App at your own risk.

9. Modifications to the App or Terms

• We may modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

• These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes.
